Family History

Yesterday Tim and I went to his Mom's family reunion. It was really neat as his Mom and Grandmother were both from really, really big families.

Here's something really cool:

What a lovely quilt and a beautiful story to go along with it! You are so fortunate to have this as part of your family history.

Be sure to add the mother's maiden name, the names of her husband and children, in addition to her birth and death date. This is a precious family heirloom. THANKS for sharing.

I love the family history that hand made items like this holds.
