I'm Declaring A Tie!

I decided that Kaye Janet's suggestion of both was more shrug-like than shawl-like so there were 9 votes for shrug and 9 votes for shawl.  Hmmmmmmmmmmm....decisions, decisions, decisions.  But picking a contest winner was the easy part thanks to this.  The random number generator picked number 12 so that means Mary Sigman wins the prize!

Now what fun would getting a prize package be if you already knew what is inside?  So the contents stay a secret until Mary gets the mail!
