No More Messes

I think that the time has finally come for me to put this blog to rest. A mess, even a blessed one, is still a mess and since I believe what you put out into the universe is directly related to what the universe sends back to you, I don't need to be thinking about messes.

In this blog's short life - I started it on July 13, 2007 - it has been through some of the very best things that ever happened to me (including getting MS) as well as some of the very worst things that ever happened to me (including getting MS).

That having been said, I'm going to bow out of blogland. Instead of reading and writing blogs, I'm going to spend my time focusing on what really matters to me and that is my husband and our marriage, our families, our friends, our health, and advocating for causes about which I care deeply.

Thanks to all who bothered to read this blog. I'll still be taking pictures and putting them up on Flickr. In essence, I suppose Flickr's my new blog.

P.S. At some point in time, you might want to check this link out.

Sheila,

I wanted to "stop by" after I heard you'd decided to give up your blog. I will miss your posts and especially your photographs--they are always beautiful. I'm glad you will keep your Flickr account. Keep in touch and let me know if you participate in any future MS events. Wishing you the best of health and happiness, Cat (& Rachel!) Give Rudy a hug from us!

I'll miss you online, but I'm with Betty - see you IRL...

We'll be in touch IRL, I am sure. :)

This blog has truely been a belssing to my life as well as to others. I'm going to miss it dearly. But I still look forward to your pictures. I look forward to your new picture site! =]]

Although I'll definitely miss your blog, at least your pics will still be available. You are so good at everything you do and it is so much fun to see your talent at work.

It doesn't take the internet to stay "connected." I remember there was this appliance called a "telephone!" Ha!
Glad you are focusing on your life at hand and making the best relationships better. We will certainly miss you, your particular view of the world via blog, and gosh darn it those spoiled cats and Rudy-bear, too. Keep your needles clicking and your yarn untangled...always in my thoughts...

Well...can we still catch up with you on Ravelry? Kinda feel like I just got back in touch adn now you are leaving, but I certainly understand the need to focus on real life rather than the virtual one.

Thank you for the beautiful photographs and a renewed love of knitting.

I will miss your blog. But I know where to find you. :-)

Sheila,
I wish you all the best in the coming years. I have read your blog every day and will miss you. Keep knitting and keep your chin up!!!!

I'll miss reading the blog but understand completely.

Keep in touch!

Will miss you and your posts!

Sounds like a goo dplan- but I'll miss you in blogland. I haven't developed a Flickr habit...yet. Wishing you all good things-

I'll miss you and your wonderful pictures!

Take care, and enjoy focusing on the Wonderful Moments you are Given!

After I left Nashville and moved back to NY I continued to read your blog every day after Threaded Bliss was sold. Thank you, for the laughs and the tears. Best of luck to you...I'll miss your blog! Best of everything for you and yours! <3 MaryLou

I'll find you on Flickr. I'll miss your posts!
